Holiday Resort 3D Printed with Sand

Kisawa Sanctuary is a combination of 12 one, two and three bedroom bungalows set across 300-hectares of private sanctuary beach, forest and sand dunes on Benguerra Island, Mozambique. Kisawa has a light touch on the land but a deep engagement with nature. Each 230sqm bungalow is set within one acre of private accommodation and includes personal beachfront, swimming pool with open deck space, shaded day area, outdoor kitchen, massage hut and personal e-bikes as well as mini mokes. For more information see the IDTechEx report on 3D Printing Materials 2019-2029: Technology and Market Analysis
Kisawa is pairing of innovation and tradition and the developers have worked with artisans from Benguerra Island as well as a patented 3D printing technology to protect the environment and to have a light footprint on the natural landscape where possible. The resort will be 3D printed from local sand and seawater and is set to open this year.
