3D Printing LIVE! Brings the world of 3D printing to a new audience

On the 1st - 2nd April 2014 leading innovators in 3D printing will come together in Berlin at one of Europe's leading conferences on emerging printing technologies. See for further information. 3D Printing LIVE brings the world of 3D printing to a whole new audience representing the range of new and emerging printing technologies, as well as current and potential new end-users.
Attendees at the conference will gain a comprehensive understanding of the state-of-the-art in 3D Printing, including its convergence with Printed Electronics and other functionalities. End-users across a range of application areas will report on their experiences, requirements and present the latest technological advances.
New materials developments will be presented including Carbomorph, a conductive thermoplastic developed at the University of Warwick in the UK, 3D printing with Graphene will be presented by Graphene Lab Inc, together with recent materials developments by CRP Group of Italy. Further 3D Printing giant, Stratasys Ltd will be presenting their vision for the future of multi-materials 3D Printing.
Cutting edge developments in 3D printing will be presented by Fraunhofer IKTS and 3D Lab at the Technical University (TU) of Berlin, who on the 31st March will also be hosting tours of their facilities for conference attendees. The Lab, a cross disciplinary effort at the TU Berlin, has been working in the areas of 3D scanning, printing, and interactive projection for the last 10 years and the tour will lead registered attendees through the workflow of 3D printing using a range of different technologies.
IBM will further be discussing what they have termed the "Software defined supply chain", as 3D printing enables a move away from mass manufacturing to a more localised manufacturing model.
3D Printing LIVE is co-located with Printed Electronics Europe 2014. One of Europe's leading events for printed, organic and flexible electronics. The only event to focus on the commercialisation of the technology, this show will feature a major tradeshow and over 1500 attendees and 200 presentations. The 3D Printing and Printed Electronics communities will come together in a big way for the first time at this event. See External Link.
